I just did a

git clone git://anongit.kde.org/ktp-common-internals.git
cd ./ktp-common-internals
mkdir build
cd build
cmake .. -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=`kde4-config --prefix`
make -j 4
sudo make install

but it still show up the error
