Ok, here's my counter proposal:
We can have a "simplified" table with just one column with one choice per
protocol (basically what we have now) and an "advanced" checkbox that shows all
the choices and adds the connection manager column...
If user doesn't want to know what is gabble or haze he won't check the
"advanced" option...
