Depends. If your idea is to strictly have this presence for the set time and
then switch back to online on timeout, it could be done as a new ktp-kded
sort-of-plugin.

Probably :)

It's still an interesting idea though. As a temp "workaround" - you can set
your presence message to "I'll be back at 5pm" when it's 4:15pm ;)
