It didn't work with 4.9, there was some stuff missing in plasma for qml
applets to stretch across the height, needs checking in 4.10.

The contact list with kpeople is being packaged now into ppa for testing.
We still need reliable feeder (almost there) in the first place. Someday I
also need to find some time and look into the qml bindings.
