KPeople in playground

Hi!
Like I discussed with Martin, libkpeople has been moved from a scratch
to playground where we will be able to push it like it deserves.

I wanted to change the pointers to the scratch repo from the wiki but
it's down today.

If somebody has some interest and some extra time, please take a look
in the branch I created called apol/messingup and tell me what you
think. Let's try to get KPeople right :).
