New release plan for 0.4

Hi all,

we got little bit behind our original schedule, so we came up with new one
at quick meeting this noon. Here it goes:

4th May - Hard feature freeze, bug-fixing-only period starts
11th May - String freeze
25th May - Hard freeze, hard-testing period starts
1st June - Release

Approx. 1 month after 0.4 we'll release a bugfix release 0.4.1. Please
remember this is stable branch and no new features can be added. All new
features must go to master.

Everyone please try to fix your assigned bugs for 0.4 (check all of them
here --

focus on completing features now and please do not add bugs/features you do
not intend to work on yourself.

Also please do check reviewboard and review any pending requests that are
there (quite a few), the sooner the better.

We also have few bugs that appears to be upstream issues (tp-qt),
Shadeslayer promised to investigate bug 298023 [1] next week (anyone feel
free to help), then we have bug 290634 [2] - Dario &/or Andre, can you
please try triaging this? I can provide any debug/testing needed for that.
