SASL Auth Client (KWallet Integration)

Good news everybody!

In this git repo is an early early draft of a program to handle
incorrect passwords when connecting accounts
git clone kde:scratch/davidedmundson/telepathy-auth-handler

What doesn't work:

- I haven't made any client files so it needs to be running when you
launch an account
- My SASL Channel class is rubbish.
- Integration with the accounts KCM. This isn't entirely trivial due
to autogenerating forms and plugins and things, so it needs a bit of
thought.

Should fix all that at the sprint, still not got too much time at present.
