Unreadable "Install salut" with Bespin style

When using Bespin, the note saying "Install telepathy-salut to enable
local-xmpp" is unreadable, because that's how the style behaves with unchecked
checkboxes and you can't check the checkbox if you don't have salut. Again,
it's more a style issue, but one tooltip could solve this (and possibly other
cases as well)
