0.2 branches in our repos

There are now 0.2 branches in our repositories.
Any fixes that should be in 0.2 should be backported. Ideally it would
be good if people in testing used these branches.

I will tag them on Wednesday (so we have a few more days for bug
fixing) ready for tarballing and packaging.

Master branches are now open for changes, though I'd still like a
focus to be on remaining fixes for 0.2.
