Catalog org.kde.active.activityscreen was renamed to 
plasma_applet_org.kde.active.activityscreen and i18n-wise I see no different 
code compared to telepathy-presence-applet. So I guess one must be wrong.

Where and how is the translation catalog loaded?
Via  kdelibs/plasma/applet.cpp:2812:        KGlobal::locale()-
>insertCatalog(package->metadata().pluginName());?
