Relicencing parts of Konversation code

Hi Peter,

we'd like to use some code from Konversation which may or may not be
derived from your original work and we just want to be sure we have it
right :)

Particulary it is the url detection code [0], which we'd like to reuse in
KDE Telepathy project. However we use LGPLv2.1+ and the original code is
GPLv2.

Would you allow relicencing any of your work done on this code under
LGPLv2.1+?
