Change the name in our code. Telepathy is something different and has it's
own icon (the one Empathy uses). It makes sense to name the icon
kde-telepathy. I already included the icon in the contact list icon pack
(since it will be shipped with KDE 4.7) and changed the code.

Now we need to update the rest as well.
