We have a massive inconsistency in file naming across KDE Telepathy with
components being written by several people.

Some people write files my-classname-here.cpp others will write
myclassnamehere.cpp.
Some folders (contact list and telepathy-kde/jobs) even have a mix all
within one folder.

Because of this people writing new classes don't know which style to choose
and the situation becomes even worse.

It annoys me so much that I'm going to fix it.
I don't really care which we choose, does anyone have a preference, and a
justification for choosing one style over the other?
