FindFoo.cmake files are not the right solution to the problem. The correct
solution is the libraries to install a FooConfig.cmake to the right directory.

This should be done for:
- libkcmtelepathyaccounts
- libktelepathy
- telepathy-qt4

I will take care of this as soon as I can.
