Release notes

Hi,

first thing - we're on schedule! We've closed all remaining release bugs but
one (the icons), we'll sort this on our own as we're getting no response
from artists (and mostly they appearantly don't really care :) Anyway, we're
going to release on July 27th, just as KDE 4.7. And for a proper release, we
need proper release notes :)

What should we include in those? Let's gather info, ideas etc. and I'll send
those in some cool form to kde-promo tomorrow evening.
