When configuring with cmake use option -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=release. Test would not 
build if you use it. I hope it helps:
cmake .. -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=`kde4-config --prefix` -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=release
