Oggis informs us that upstream has decided that the CM's will ship .profile
files. We should pass our .profile files upstream and try to get them merged
upstream asap. For the first release, we should also ship them with the
accounts KCM because some may either take ages to be released with upstream, or
be rejected by upstream altogether.
