File Transfers in Preview Release

The approver should definitely be able to approve incoming file
transfers, but the actual handling of the file transfer channel does
not belong in the approver imho. I think we need another small app
that will run in the background and will handle the transfer, showing
the progress information on a plasma/kjob notification.
