Changes
-------

Added the enable/disable feature for the actions in the KXmlGUIWindow as well. 
Plus I check if these are to be enabled even with multiple tabs. 
For example, if you have two tabs open and in one of these you are doing a search, if you switch to the other one( without search activated ) the actions will be deactivated. When switching back they will be reactivated.


Summary

Simple patch that disables the next and previous buttons in the search bar when there is no text to look for.
