I'm sorry we weren't able to get to this. Unfortunately, it's no longer
possible to access Google Drive using the Online Accounts. This is because
Google no longer allows KDE to access the necessary Google API for it.  See bug
480779 for details.

In the meantime, you might consider rclone and related GUIs as an alternative
