I can (only) reproduce this error by uninstalling signon-plugin-oauth2, that is
needed by Google for authentification. (it is required on a package level by
kaccounts-providers here in openSUSE)

So IMHO it is indeed a missing dependency in your distribution.

Look if that package is available and install it manually, that should fix your
problem.
