Bugged Account Details with Breeze Dark

SUMMARY
When using a dark theme, the Account Details screen in the KAccounts KCM has a
segment for toggling what an account can be used for that has light text (from
the theme) on a light background.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set a dark theme
2. Go to Online Accounts in System Settings
3. Add an account (skip to #4 if there is one already)
4. Select an account

OBSERVED RESULT
The segment for controlling what an account can be used for will show light
text on a light (white) background. As a consequence, the text is almost or
completely unreadable. This may vary based on the dark theme used, but the text
remains extremely difficult to read (if not impossible).

EXPECTED RESULT
The segment for controlling what an account can be used for will show light
text on a dark background.
