STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open chat to another Jabber user

OBSERVED RESULT
Observe an Error dialog by KIOExec with the message "File not found:
data:text/html;...".  It looks like the chat history window is missing (looks
like a flat white space without bevels)

EXPECTED RESULT
A chat window
