My system is a Debian Unstable + KDE5. I would like to use Telepathy 15.08.3
but Contactlist is always empty. I've enabled "show all contacts" and disabled
groups, but any other combination fails. Telepathy goes online but does not
report any error.

It seems to be the same problem as https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=354949
but here ICQ also doesn't work.

Kopete is working fine, even if it crashes each time i close a window, but
that's another story.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.launch /usr/bin/ktp-contactlist
2. go online
3. 

Actual Results:  
Contacts list remains empty 

Expected Results:  
I should have seen all my contacts.
