Would it be possible to have a temporary solution with some kind of "merge"
strategy? It's been more than 2 years now for (quote) "One of the most
requested features in KDE Telepathy" and this is still not possible. I trust
that the overall design and pairing with the PIM-stack is a really good idea in
the long term, however it's blocking the development of important features, it
seems.
