[KAccounts] [Bug 352628] systemsettings5 crashed after creating new ICQ-account

I have installed kaccounts 15.08.1. Crash happens every time but only if I
first push "+" button, then ICQ button, then "cancel" button and then choose
any of existing ICQ accounts and push "Configure" button. Crash happens all the
time in that case.
I've installed kde-config-telepathy-accounts-dbg package but how to get
backtrace now? KCrash Handler not starts when crash happens.
