The account creation dialog for jabber accounts is broken. It contains no text
input fields or labels. (same for Office). Clicking OK will actually create a
totally empty account.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Online Accounts System Settings either through system settings or
through tray
2. Click on Create
3. Click on Jabber

Actual Results:

Expected Results:  
Input fields, works for other account types.
