There are logs stored in ~/.local/share/TpLogger, the log-viewer finds contacts
and dates but not the content of logs.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open log-viewer
2. choose contact and date

Actual Results:  
log-viewer displays "There are no logs for this day"

Expected Results:  
log-viewer should display logs

Maybe there's a problem with UTF-8 and ISO 8859-1, because everything is
present in the log files, even though the umlauts are displayed wrong when
viewing with kwrite - for example: ä is displayed as ö
