Very often users want to see talk history. But now it is not so easy to find,
it available by default only in opened text ui window via menu Conversation »
Previous conversations.

Please add "Previous conversations" to right-click menu on contact in
contact-list. Also will be good to see same button in text-ui toolbar by
default (I know that I can add it manually, but most of users don't know how to
edit toolbar).
