Yes, I have that package installed. According to YaST:
telepathy-accounts-signon 1.0-1.1

As for the telepathy I didn't know how to check. But in YaST it is 0.9.0-2.2
that's why I set 0.9.0. Please correct if necessary.

BTW the situation is quite similar with Kopete. I have filed a bug report about
it earlier. If you think it might be related please check:
