Thanks for the report!

However we do not maintain nor control the facebook network connection code,
that's handled by telepathy-gabble upstream project and bugs like this should
go to http://bugs.freedesktop.org -> product telepathy -> component gabble. I'd
encourage you to file a bug there.

There's nothing we can do, sorry :/
