Sometimes the last now playing status message shows up as the custom status
message without any media players playing. Often this happens at logon.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.logout with a running media player
2.log back in
3.hover the presence applet
Actual Results:  
The presence is set to the last known now playing status message without any
media player running.

Expected Results:  
The status message should be the last user-set status message.
