When I  transfer a chat from the chat applet to a chat window, the chat window
stays empty. I gave it 5 minutes, and it didn't magically fill up.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable contact list applet and chat applet
2. click a contact in contact list to start chat
3. click icon in chat applet to move chat from applet to a window.
Actual Results:  
text-ui window stays "empty"

Expected Results:  
chat moved, or available in both places.
