I created a new group, added some contacts, and renamed it.
But the old group name is still visible in the context menu for moving contacts
to other groups

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create group
2. right click at contact to move it to the group (not tested if this step is
necessary)
3. right-click at group name and rename the group
4. right-click at a contact that is not contained in the group and look at
"Move to Group" context menu
Actual Results:  
the context menu still shows the group name from before its rename

Expected Results:  
the group should not be shown anymore
