Whilst talking to Martin K I was in a situation where it showed that he was
able to send a file to me, but not the other way round. I was able to receive a
file perfectly.

This shouldn't ever be the case we always check that both local remote contact
support file transfer, there's no reason why they would be different.

I am shown as being able to send files to some other users, but seemingly only
those on KDE Talk, not Facebook or GTalk.

Needs some debugging.
