--- Comment #71 from Martin Kho <lists.kho at gmail.com> ---
Hi,

It took a while to get Kubuntu 14.04 running :-) But here is what I found:
1. kpt didn't connect immediatly after log in. After ~20 sec. it failed because
kwallet wasn't available (something with ibus-deamon?)
2. in ~/.cache/upstart/dbus.log I see the following lines:
"Activating service
name='org.freedesktop.Telepathy.Client.KTp.KdedIntegrationModule'"
[snip]
"Failed to activate service
'org.freedesktop.Telepathy.Client.KTp.KdedIntegrationModule': timed out.
g_dbus_connection_real_closed: Remote peer vanished with error: Underlying
GIOStream returned 0 bytes on an async read (g-io-error-quark, 0). Exiting."

So the registering of the Kded Integration Module is also problematic in
Kubuntu 14.04, or it completely fails.

Sorry but, I couldn't find ktp-debugger on Kubuntu 14.04. All packages got new
names :-(

Martin Kho
P.S. If you need dbus.log and/or startkde.log please let me know.
