Simply put, I think the user should be able to set the default text handler to
the chat plasmoid, so that it handles ALL incoming and outgoing (user
initiated) chats.

This would make possible a workflow using just the krunner plugin and the chat
plasmoid (both of which can be managed with keyboard shortcuts).
