Added quick chat plasmoid to panel.
As soon as text in the text-view hitting bottom the list grows but does not
scroll down.
When I'm typing something it does not scroll down either, have to scroll
manualy.

Plasma theme Oxyzone but tested with Oxygen and Air too. Same behaviour.



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Chat long enough to have the text area filled till the bottom
Actual Results:  
Chat does not scroll down

Expected Results:  
Chat view should automatically scroll down on new messages either mine or the
person i chat with.

Archlinux
Telepathy 0.7.0, package version 1.
Same was always happening with previous versions of telepathy, I red it
resolved in https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=298392 but looks like it's
not.
