Hi!
My state is always offline after KDE start, even when "set last state" is
checked,
and the last state was online.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Check "set last state" in settings
2. Reboot or restart KDE

Actual Results:  
My state is set offline.

Expected Results:  
The last state, in my case online, should be set.
