When I click a contact in the contact list Plasmoid, a quick chat Plasmoid
opens (great!). However, it does not open next to the Panel as expected, but
instead floating somewhere on the screen. If I click on the contact icon in the
Panel to hide thae quick chat and then click again, it appears next to the
panel.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click a contact in the contact list Plasmpoid

Actual Results:  
Quick chat appears somewhere on the screen

Expected Results:  
Quick chat appears next to the panel
