Can we check it's the same issue.

If you run "usr/lib/kde4/libexec/ktp-auth-handler --debug --persist" in the
console. Then reconnect do you get:

ktp-auth-handler(8129) TlsHandler::onCertVerifierFinished: Error verifying TLS
certificate: "Cert.Unknown" - "Invalid certificate type"
