The colours on the chat-ui window scrollbar doesnt match up with the colours
above and below it (while the contact list one does)

I'm not entirely sure if this is a Qt oxygen theme styling problem, or if it's
a Ktp text-ui problem, so apologies if this is reported to the wrong place.
