I'd love my chat windows to be opened automatically, not them being queued up
in system tray. Please add a setting for that.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Chat is started by a contact
Actual Results:  
System tray shows notification about the chat

Expected Results:  
Chat window is opened automatically. It would be also nice if there would be an
option to choose whether the window should be opened as minimized.
