ktp-contact-list has both build AND runtime dependency on ktp-common-internals.
There is simply no way to have contact list (and other components) and don't
have ktp-common-internals. So that is not a vague relation.

Browsers nor other apps have (or would have) no such dependencies among them.
So it's not the same.
