after closing the last chat in plasmoid its size decreases and does not
increase again with a new incoming chat (see screenshot)

after restarting plasma/kde the plasmoid has its normal behaviour again (untill
the last chat is closed)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Chat with someone in plasmoid
2. Close Chat
3. Wait for new incoming chat
Actual Results:  
plasmoid is at unusable small size (see screenshot).


Expected Results:  
avatar of the new chat partner should be fully visible
