TeleapthyChatUi needs to reload it's instance variables plus the ChatWindow
needs to relay this .

vs

(in the chat ui)
switch (Config::instance()->windowOpenMode() ) {

}

and in the  chat window

Config::instance()->showSettingsDialog()

with all connections inside config.
