I started using telepathy recently (few weeks), so far this was the only crash
I had. I did some testing but I couldn't reproduce it.
With the crash I was disconnected for several hours, maybe it happens after
some time (?)

Probably, but just to note: I did received that message, I got tooltip with
message content (it was short)
