Well, this is strange: I tried the command and got the output 'kde-call-ui:
command not found'. I tried ktp-dialout-ui but then the debug and persist
option are not known. Did I miss something obvious?
I also installed gstreamer-tools and tried the first command. During the loop I
had no latency whatsoever.
