Currently on Ubuntu there is no package for this tool. You have to download it
from [1], but it will work with Telepathy-Gabble versions starting from 0.15.1,
so also with what Ubuntu 12.04 / Precise ships (which is 0.16). On Ubuntu,
don't forget to also install gir1.2-gtksource-3.0, which is a dependency of the
script.
