When sending messages (russian for instance) in jabber conference chatroom I
got error message like: Delivery of the message "Anybody hear me?" failed
because it was too long

It was in 0.3 version from kubuntu 12.04 and the same in 0.5 from telepathy ppa

this happens not always. Time after time the message is send without error
messages.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Join any jabber conference
2. Type and send any message
3. Get the error
Actual Results:  
Get the error 'Delivery of the message "…" failed because it was too long'

Expected Results:  
Normal message sending with any unicode characters

kde-telepathy from ppa
I thought updated version haven't this issue.
